1. About These Terms
Happy Vac Facility Services LLC provides services under the Happy Vac Co. brand. These Terms govern use of happyvacco.com and communications initiated through the website. A quote request is not a service contract and does not obligate Happy Vac Co. to provide services or the visitor to purchase services. Commercial cleaning services are governed by any separate proposal, scope of work, service agreement, or other written agreement accepted by the parties.
2. Quote Requests and Website Information
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to use the website only for lawful purposes. Estimates or statements on the website are general information unless included in a written proposal or agreement issued by Happy Vac Co.
Planned online quote responses and client setup
If Happy Vac Co. later offers secure customer links, an invited recipient may use them to accept or decline a specific finalized proposal or submit client setup information. These functions are not currently available to live customers. An online response would identify the proposal being accepted or declined; it would not itself authorize payment or replace a separately required service agreement. Whether accepting a particular proposal creates contractual obligations depends on that proposal’s terms and applicable law. Payment, when offered, follows a separate invoice and checkout process.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
SMS messaging is planned but is not currently operational. The website may record optional service and marketing SMS choices, but selecting either box does not cause a text to be sent now. Previously recorded choices may need to be confirmed again before a future program begins.
Service-related texts
The optional service SMS box records your choice concerning future service-related texts about a request or service you initiate. If SMS becomes available, messages may include cleaning quote notices, walkthrough and appointment reminders, invoice notices, payment reminders, schedules, and service updates. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Before activation, STOP opt-out and HELP assistance must be verified. To withdraw a recorded choice or update contact preferences now, email hello@happyvacco.com. Selecting Text as a preferred contact method alone does not give SMS consent. Promotional SMS consent is separate and optional.
Marketing and promotional texts
The separate, optional marketing SMS box records an affirmative choice concerning future occasional offers and promotional texts. Promotional SMS is not currently being sent. Marketing consent is not required to request a quote, purchase services, or enter into a service agreement, and leaving the box unchecked will not affect your quote request. If messaging begins, the frequency and carrier-rate disclosures above would also apply to promotional texts.
You represent that the phone number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it. If SMS becomes available later, message delivery would be subject to carrier and network availability.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for additional details.
4. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, logos, graphics, and other materials owned by Happy Vac Co. or its licensors may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.
5. Website Availability and Disclaimer
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every website statement will always be complete or current. Nothing on the website replaces the terms of an executed service agreement.
6. Governing Law
These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
